I Need My Ring to be Resized.

Follow these instructions and we'll have it sorted and back to you ASAP.

Is it a matter of:

"I can't get my ring on my finger at all/It's so loose that it just falls right off"

Uh oh. Sounds like we didn't even get close. The best thing to do is take the ring with you to a local jeweller to get their advice. Have them tell you:

  1. The current size of the ring measured to the leading edge of the band, not the middle (please mention this to the jeweller)
  2. The size it needs to be.

It's good to let them know you're just wanting sizing advice and offer to pay for their time - it really is worth it.

"The ring is just a little bit too tight/loose"

So close! In this case 1/2, a US size should do the trick. Head over and "purchase" our resize product (it's free) fill in the details and checkout. This gets you into our system and makes sure we have your correct shipping address.

You can use your own shipping method or we can send you a DHL return label for US$50. Print it out, package it up and they'll pick it up. Too easy.

**SUPER IMPORTANT INFO**

  1. Please read the Item Details of the listing and include all the info asked for when you checkout (copy and paste it into the notes)
  2. When you send the ring back to us (our address is below) make sure the name on the return address matches the name on the resize order.  We receive a lot of mystery packages :)

**EVEN MORE IMPORTANT INFO**

Rings can get hung up in New Zealand customs - to avoid this:

  1. Place a value less than $100US on the item
  2. Write "return for warranty repair" on the customs form
"If you want to insure the item for its retail value, that's fine but please be aware, you might have to deal with NZ Customs to explain to them that it's a temporary import and/or pay the import transaction fee (usually around $80US)."
