My ring is not the right colour/looks kinda dirty

Just opened your parcel and your ring isn't the right colour? There are a couple of possible scenarios:

1. We messed up and made it out of the wrong metal. If this is the case, we'll sort you out just flick us an email.
2. Your ring has tarnished (this could be the case if you were expecting white gold or silver and it looks yellowish or mottled)

If your ring has tarnished, this is super easy to fix - you can even do it yourself. This usually happens if your piece is not worn for a while. Once it's being worn every day the tarnish shouldn't return as it's constantly "polished" by rubbing against your clothes).

MATTE JEWELLERY

Go over the entire surface with 600 grit sandpaper followed by an abrasive rubber. If you'd like do it yourself we can send you one of our free care kits.
